Refund & cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all online violin lessons, courses, and related services provided by Violin Flix through violinflix.com.
By purchasing or booking any service, you agree to this policy.
1. Lesson Cancellations (Private Lessons)

Lesson cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time.

Cancellations made with proper notice will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed lessons (“no-shows”) are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
2. Course Purchases & Packages
Online Courses (Pre-Recorded or Fixed Curriculum)

Due to the digital nature of online courses, all course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated on the sales page.
Lesson Packages

Lesson packages are non-refundable once the first lesson has been completed.

Unused lessons may be forfeited if not used within 6 months of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Subscription Plans (If Applicable)
Subscription plans may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Once a billing cycle has begun, no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
4. Instructor Cancellations

The lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time, or

A credit or refund will be issued if rescheduling is not possible.

Internet connectivity issues on the student’s end
